Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Chic Boutique! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns and issue store credit! Please refer to our Returns Policy for guidance. We reserve the right to adhere to this policy in full. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and inform themselves of this policy.
Eligibility for Returns
-Strictly seasonal items are nonreturnable (holiday-related, as in Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day, Fourth of July).
-Clearance items (those with prices ending in $0.50 OR listed as "Final Sale") are nonreturnable.
Returns of Shipped Items
-Please examine all items closely upon their delivery.
-If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to package the item and put it in the mail so it can begin its journey back to us. We understand that once the item is in the mail, the speed at which it travels back to us is out of your hands.
-All returns must be unworn, unwashed and free of deodorant and makeup markings, free of pet dander and hair, any smoke, and perfume. Original tags must still be attached and intact. If items are non-apparel, they must be in their original, undamaged packaging. Jewelry must be free of tarnishing and/or discoloration.
-Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item(s) thoroughly before issuing store credit.
-We inspect all items thoroughly before shipping them to you, but should you discover a defect in your purchase, or if it is not the color, size, or style you ordered, we will issue a full refund to you, including shipping costs. We may request photos of the defect or mistake. Depending on the nature of the mistake, we reserve the right to require return of the item to us.
-We will notify you as soon as we have received your return. We will also notify you as soon as we determine the condition of the return and whether it is eligible for a refund.
-Your information (name, phone number) and a copy of your receipt must be included in the return package.
-It is the responsibility of the customer to pay his or her own shipping costs for returning the item(s). We will deduct this amount from your refund.
-Chic Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, it is the customer’s responsibility to file any claims.
-Chic Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address if the address on the package is the one provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to update and confirm the correctness of his or her address.
